How do I order?

What areas do you service?
- Our doors ship free to customers in all 48 contiguous states.
What types of wood are your doors made from?
- We'd love to help you choose the perfect wood for your door. Typically, we like to work with Alder, Maple, Oak, or Walnut.
What can I customize?
- Beyond size, wood species, and finish - we'd love to customize your door to perfectly fit your vision. Please reach out if our website doesn't allow you to custom a door to your needs.
- Once the design for any custom door or vanity is approved, any unspecified aspects of the product will be determined at the discretion of Timber and Hutch.
Do you offer pre-hung doors?
- Yes, we offer both slab and pre-hung doors. Because our doors are solid hardwood they can easily be trimmed to fit your needs.
Wood Type and Finish Color
- Each piece of wood used in the construction of our custom doors and vanities is unique, exhibiting distinct variations in both color and grain pattern. While we strive to ensure that our products closely match the images displayed on our website, exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Similarly, due to the natural properties of different wood types, stain absorption may vary, resulting in subtle differences in the finish color. As such, some variation in both wood tone and finish is inherent to the crafting process.
Change Orders
- If a change order is issued after work has commenced, the customer will be responsible for the associated time and material costs required to implement the change.
What is your lead time?
- We currently offer a lead time of 16 weeks. It may increase and decrease depending on time of year and demand. Please check back before placing your order for current lead time.

Are your doors eco-friendly and sustainably sourced?
- Yes, we only purchase and build with responsibly and sustainably harvested lumber.
